I would like to introduce the new community application coming out soon to mobile devices & desktop computers. We have created a simple way to break that awkward silence in the gym by using Kettle to be that icebreaker in your local gym. Its okay to workout alone but for how long is alone is the question? To achieve your results by staring at others for guidance then asking for help?
